Excellent corrosion and chemical resistance
This valve body is suitable for countermeasures against corrosive fluids , crevice corrosion caused by chloride ions, and metal ions elution in sanitary piping. Fluorocarbon resin (ETFE) lining is corrosion resistant to strong acids, alkalis, halogens and metal-salt solutions. It is possible to completely shut off corrosive fluids due to features of diaphragm valve such as "airtightness" and "corrosion resistance”.
-
Excel in cost performance
Cost performance is superior to special alloy-based materials such as two-phase alloys, which are generally expensive.
-
Applicable for a wide range of conditions
Since the lining uses a rotational molding that firmly adheres to the metal base material.
The lining parts do not float or blister under the vacuum condition at high temperature.
-
ISO2852 standard ferrules are adopted
A commercially available fittings and gasket can be used.
